WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

About Priscilla

Hi, I'm Priscilla James and I've worked in Real Estate for over 10 years. Having developed an in-depth insight into the industry, I can advise you on how to get into the real estate market. Helping investors and home owner occupiers source established homes and house and land packages in south east Queensland and NSW, including within the high yield NDIS Property market, I also sell new single, dual and townhouse properties to owners and investors.

Having worked through several market cycles, I know what works and what doesn't in presenting your property for sale. Real estate is about flare and how to present it so that it is pleasing to the buyers eyes. I buy and sell both established homes and new developments and can also do joint ventures with owners for renovations or land subdivision.

If you are at risk of losing your home, or have an upside-down mortgage, I am here to help!

Investing in NDIS Property

In a bid to attract private investment into the market, the federal government has created the SDA program which provides opportunities for residential property investors. With the potential for 14% or higher gross investment yields, and with positive social and ethical objectives at its core, investing in NDIS Property is well worth investigating.
